This is a loan agreement between Joy Division and Tony Davidson of TJ Davidson Practice and Recording Studios, formerly in Knott Mill on Little Peter Street. This £500 would have gone towards the manufacture of 'An Ideal for Living' on twelve inch, which was Rob's first major undertaking for the band.
